This program is a whole food-based lifestyle program, which means dietary changes are necessary to get the full benefit. In fact, you’ll feel so much better by the end of the program that you will start making healthier switches.
Based on your health status, if required supplements may be recommended. But are NOT a mandatory requirement during the program.
Results will vary for each person. Though you will be guided and monitored throughout your commitment to following the guidelines and implementing the recommendations will determine your success.
Some people experience improvement in symptoms after the first week of lifestyle changes. At about the 4 week, most people report noticeable improvement.
